We all want to be happy and make others happy, right? Let’s see how.
In order to bring happiness to others, you need to be happy first. You have to have something enough within yourself to give to somebody else. This is the foundation of life. Say suppose, I ask you to give one lac rupees to me. You will only be able to give it to me if you have it in your pocket and you feel fulfilled from inside. If you don’t have it, how will you give it to me?
Therefore, if you really want to make others happy, you need to have happiness within yourself first. So, create happiness within yourself first.
Now the question arises, what is the easiest way to create happiness within ourselves?
Here I am giving you some tips and ways to create happiness within yourself. Engage yourself in these small activities and you will see a big change in your life!
Tip 1 – Get up early in the morning not later than 7 am. This is the best way to start off your day. The morning fresh energy which your mind will receive will give you a positive vibe for the entire day.
Tip 2 – Once you get up, spend at least 15 mins in the fresh air either out in the garden or in your balcony, maybe walking, but get fresh air. Feel the cool morning air on your face and the entire body and smile.
Tip 3 – Keep all your doors and window of the house wide open for at least 2 hours in the morning. Reason of doing this is that when the doors and windows are closed during the day, the energy inside the house gets accumulated, becomes stale and stagnant due to non-circulation. This halts our growth mentally, emotionally and spiritually. By keeping the doors and windows open in the morning, the previous whole day’s stagnant energy will leave the house and the house will be re-filled with fresh new energy.
Tip 4 – Pursue your passion. Many a time, it happens that in the hustle and bustle of our daily life, we forget what’s most important to us and our happiness. We forget to nurture our passion. Our passion is our energy booster and stress buster. So pursue your passion. Find at least 20 minutes a day to live your passion.
Tip 5 – Give 10 mins of your day to music. Sing with the music! Listening and singing both together harmonizes the mind and the body. It creates an alignment between body and mind. So, everyday after your day’s work, play some good music with good words and sing along with it. Feel while singing! This is a very effective way to make you happy from within. Remember to choose the music which catches your heart.
Tip 6 – Once a week or more often while coming from work, get something for your family. Any small gift will do. It can be some fruits, toys, books, handicrafts etc. Don’t come empty handed all seven days of the week. Surprise them! Then the smile you will see on the face of your family members will make you feel more happy and satisfied from within. This is contagious. When you are happy, your family and those around you will be happy. Again the circle continues…
