Dear friends, the year 2020 took us on a big ride of fear, stress and anxiety, now it’s time to say goodbye to all those emotions.
Let’s welcome the year 2021 with a big smile on our face.
Actually nothing much will change in the environment. The fear of corona will be the same, maybe a little less. So exactly, there will not be much change in the environment around you, but you need to change. If you change yourself, the environment around you will automatically change and will turn into your favour.
So here I am mentioning a few tips for you to change your environment, your surroundings and make your mind more positive, be it any situation, any circumstance you are living in. If you are positive and you have a positive frame of mind, those negativity cannot affect you.
So let’s start!! GET SET GO for a high spirited and positive life in the year 2021!
Tip 1 – Be with the rising sun!
If you want to rise high in life and want all the success in life, you should be like a rising sun. To be the rising sun, you have to be with the rising sun. So, you need to see the sun rising. It’s so easy in winters as the sun doesn’t rise early, sometimes it rises by 7 am or 7:30 am. Get up early and see the sun rising. This will make an exit gate for all the stuck up thoughts in your mind and induce fresh new positive energies in your mind to start your day with a lot of high vibration. So, spend at least 10 minutes with the rising sun. Just focus on the rising sun, but NO MOBILE! If you want, you can put on soft instrumental music. Your main focus should be on the rising sun.

Tip 2 – Appreciate people everyday
When you appreciate others, you increase your own vibration level and you vibrate on higher vibration frequency. It makes you feel very good within yourself and this adds to your positivity and the person whom you are appreciating will also have the positive feeling towards you. All in all, this is a very very positive exercise for you and your surroundings. So, appreciate at least 3 people everyday and build a high energy zone filled with high positive vibrations around you and within you.
Because we all know in today’s times, people with high positive frequencies will survive, thrive, grow and flourish on all levels – economically, financially, socially, emotionally, spiritually and mentally. He/she will have an abundant life with peace and prosperity.

Tip 3 – Talk to yourself
Sounds a bit funny? Talking to yourself is a very interesting and helpful exercise which will create an exit gate for all the negatives collected through the entire day and create positive vibrations within you and around you. So, talk to yourself everyday for 3 minutes. Put an alarm for 3 minutes and start talking to yourself and when the alarm goes off, you can stop talking to yourself. Here, how you talk is very important. Stand in front of the mirror, look at yourself straight in the eyes and feel yourself as the person in the mirror is you and outside is somebody else. This somebody else outside the mirror is talking to you who is inside the mirror. This will take out all the stuck up energies which you accumulated from the environment throughout the day. This exercise should be done in the late evening or at the sleeping time. This will be very helpful.
And two things are very important that need to be kept in mind during this exercise.
1- Look straight in the eyes inside the mirror.
2- You have to talk loudly, not in the mind. Your voice has to be loud, audible and clear, only then your mind will listen to you.
