Smile and see the magic!

Mother Teresa said, “We shall never know all  the good that a simple smile can do.”

We are all born with the instinct to smile and enjoy life. But due to our existing life situations, we don’t smile or rather forget to smile.

*Smile can create wonders in our lives.*

When  we achieve something, We SMILE.

Now let’s think about it the other way. Keep your SMILE, and you will keep ACHIEVING.

Makes sense !

When we smile, we give our brains a feel happy time and this neural messaging releases the Happiness Hormone called *Dopamine and Serotonin.* which is great for the well being of our body.

It’s symbiotic connection is created between our MIND and our BODY whenever we smile. Our MIND is watchful and observant  to what our BODY  is doing and performing, and it unquestionably affects our mental and emotional state.

This world is similar to a mirror and what you showcase, the mirror will reflect the same. Therefore, always smile, and smile will come to you from others in return. A smile will always remain a smile and it can never be negative. The smile is contagious, isn’t it? Most of the time, we get a sweet smile in return when we smile at someone. The other person will also join in the fun of smiling with us. It is indeed a magical gift for ourselves and for others around us. We look better and attractive when we smile.

A *forced smile* certainly decreases the stress level and makes us happier, even in the most difficult and demanding circumstances of our lives. The brain will not be able to differentiate between a forced smile and a real smile. The simple curvature  of the Lips, which we know as a Smile, helps with the hormone Cortisol.

Smiling will become our natural habit if we keep practicing it.

*Smile and laughter are two distinct things*.

How long can you laugh?  4 minutes,  8 minutes…..  A normal Human cannot go on laughing continuously for a long period of time.

But SMILE… it can be kept 24/7.

See, how a baby, who is so Pure, Smiles even  in his Sleep !.

Dale Carnegie wrote in his book “How to Win Friends and Influence People”: “A smile costs nothing, but creates much. Smile lifts our mood and spirit and helps in prolonging a healthy life. It’s the quickest, easiest tip and the most powerful tool for happiness and takes care of our well being inside out.

Therefore, smile a lot, be happy and spread joy.
